Return and Refund Policy

Delivery

Goods which are in stock will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of your order. Some products (if not in stock) may take between 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered. We'll let you know if your goods are on back order. We use standard mail and postage and packing is charged at $5.50 for 1-3 items within NZ, $12 for 4-8 items within NZ. We do not ship outside of New Zealand.

Our promise

We are proud of our merchandise which has been carefully selected and produced for us. However should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, or if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement. That is our promise. To contact us regarding refunds, returns or damaged goods, email customer service.
