Who thinks world leaders will ever make a decision??

Who thinks that John Key and the other leaders will actually make a decision on the 40 percent reduction target by 2020? I hope they do. We have all signed on and we all believe that this whole climate change thing is something to worry about. Some people do not agree but I do. I am concerned about our climate and the people that will be affected in the long run. Our children, grand children, great grand children. Will we even get to have great grand children? What if the world ends in 2050? It could happen... anything is possible. We do not want this to happen! So c'mon John Key and you useless world leaders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or do we need to get some new people for the job?
